'We love staying here on our roadtrips, it works well for our family. This time our room was subpar. There was a horrible smell that could only be described as a “fart smell” in the room. We arrived late and the kids were so tired. They offered for us to change rooms, but we needed to get the kids to sleep. 'First room we were assigned smelled like literal death. We actually checked the closet for a dead body. Front desk sent a handyman (Tyler -was very polite) who brought a little machine to pump a gross air freshener into the room that he called "a housekeeping toy for some of the mustier rooms..." That upset my daughter's asthma so we requested a room change. Only other room available was a King Suite, which meant one less bed than the room we paid for. 'Nice comfortable suites in a quite environment though pefectly located. Suites have everything you need. Nice helpfull staff. '

'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace. It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell. We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'Room was clean and staff were helpful. We only stayed one night for a swim meet so we didnt utilize many amentities. It was about 15 minutes from Oro Valley Pool. Ths hot tub was broken i think so it was dirty but otherwise everything else was good. Right across the street from Tucson Mall. Lots of food and stores nearby. '

'We really just needed a place to sleep. The showers were stained and the temperature was difficult to regulate at times. Regardless the room was fairly clean. We had a fridge and microwave. There was an area for our pet to use the bathroom if we needed. Pet deposit was very reasonable. The property really shined with the staff. 'Grote kamer in een hotel is ideaal. Alleen deze kamers zijn aan een renovatie toe. Badkamer was smerig, met schimmel aan de wanden. Rest gedateerd. Ontbijt was prima. Service was uitstekend !'
