'Overall, I’d give this property 3 out of 5 stars. The home itself is spacious, and the large, comfortable couch made it easy for our family to gather. We also appreciated having a gated property, which made us feel more secure during our stay.Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments that impacted our experience. The home was not as clean as we expected upon arrival. The biggest issue, however, was the game room. We specifically chose this property to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday...

'Parking for one vehicle, within 10 feet from door of location.'

'Let's just get the minor issue out of the way first. The not so great: heavy mothball smell, pots and pan are in terrible condition, pool was dirty, the features on the pool would not turn on with the remote provided, there is some kind of splatter on the ceiling in the dining area that was very sus. The amount of wasps outside was insane. There are nests on the adjacent houses and one on this house and I guess they are attracted to the water. Little putting green seen in image was not in...

'Great family get a way. Nice and quite with plenty of good food in the area'

'We had so much fun! Property is located super close to the pool and also the Comal river. Landa River Trips is right next door to the property and we were able to walk over, reserve our tubes and walk down to the river. You get a discount off tubes by staying at this property. Check-in was super easy, Lyle is a great host. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!'

'Property never read or replied to my massage and I continent feel comfortable checking in at the property late without speaking to somebody and I did inform the property that if I needed to check in by a certain time that I can take an uber up there to do so, but I just never heard back. And it is not stated when you're making a reservation hat you can check in after 4pm but before 1130 pm if I would have known that when booking it, I wouldn't have booked it'
