'This could be a magnificent property with a location close to the hospital, and in a physically demanding location. While the room was in clean condition with fresh sheets, a working AC, the parking left much to be desired. With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. 'IT WAS SO BAD WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ,WE ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THE 2ND NIGHT AFTER STATED THAT WE WAS CHECKING OUT THEY RE FUSED .'

'Everything was great about my stay. I had slight confusion on where to go for parking, but got it sorted out. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. I'd stay here again.'

'The hotel is not to the standard that I typically expect of Wyndham properties. At some point, it may have been a premium hotel but it is very dated. The lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms are decent. But, the hotel rooms are poorly decorated and look cheap. Additionally, our first room had an AC unit that didn’t work. Fortunately, the clerk provided us another room. The price is relatively low but the lodging is not a good value.'

'No power for 2 days your staff tried so hard to take care of your guest but they were limited'

' Idid not eat breakfast we had other plans . But everything else that you would want in a good motel it offered it. I have stayed there before and will stay again. One thing would be nicer if it had two chairs in a double room instead of one.'

'Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again. '

'This is my 2nd time staying at this particular property and I have always enjoyed my stay. Room was very comfortable and clean everything was perfect. I was in town for my granddaughter graduation.'

'Nice stay for a night or two but it was hot in our room (we are hot sleepers) and we cannot turn off the light without also turning off the fan. There is a high pitch noise that was constant and not loud but enough to disturb sleep if you are sensitive sleepers like us. No black out curtain. We enjoy the place but didn’t have restful sleep. Perhaps not for people who are light sleepers. Owner/host were responsive and communicate quick. Well kept and safe property - just old, as it is'

Will never stay there again.'
