Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. 'Zoe is a wonderful hostess. She sent us reminder emails with detailed information about our stay in a timely manner. This has been one of the best VRBO experiences I've had with a host. She was friendly and responsive. The house itself was clean, beautiful and well thought out. The host had every amenity you could think of. The kitchen was well stocked, plush robes, plenty of towels, first aid kit, blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner, paper towel rolls, you name it. The views were spectacular....

'The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. '
