Then, when we went there, the front desk lady just said that it is not showing up and asked to wait 1 hour and moved on to the next customer, ignoring us completely. We tried communicating waiting our turns, but she was very less concerned. The agents on expedia were also of no help. Then, we offered to pay and book separately and get refund from expedia. The lady didn’t even bother to show us the room, we had to find on our...

'All the lights on the property are flickering and a lot of trash in the side yard when we arrived. they said it was from the storm and a random board full of nails in it was right in front of the door to our room.
The parking lot is full of potholes.
There are random shopping carts in the courtyard for unknown reasons.
The area around the hotel is concerning as it’s full of gang graffiti and run down businesses/homes
They dont provide any hangers for clothes
They dont provide any hand soap

'As a first time hostel guest, I appreciated the availability of a private bedroom and bathroom for our visit, but also the feature of being able to learn more about how a hostel works. It was also a wonderful experience to be able to meet so many people from across the globe and share our travel experiences. This was a great place to stay close to Frenchmen Street and not too far from the rest of the French Quarter with very welcoming staff and fantastic amenities.'

Zou hier volgende keer weer verblijven!
