'Water pressure is good. Respectful and approachable staff.'

'The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff made you feel at home and very helpful about restaurants, clubs and events in the hostel and surrounding areas. I was sad to leave after experiencing such excellent service. There were events daily ,rooftop bar and restaurant all in one. I would definitely recommend this place.'

'Roaches everywhere and on me when I turned out the lights. When I turned the lights back on a big rat scurried across the room. I checked out asap and the person that checked me in and checked me out seemed completely apathetic. I guess you get what you pay for but the experience was my worst ever in a hotel.'
