'The property itself is very beautiful, amazing views and very friendly people who are running it !! The issue is not with the accommodation but the fact Wotif have lied about the property in there booking. They state its a free pickup from the airport - FALSE ! they state it is a 10 mins walk to the volcano - FALSE (its a 2.5 hour walk down a mountain to get there - or a very expensive transfer 5,000VT for 45 mins by car ) - unless you fancy hiking in the middle of a jungle or you can afford...

"Good resort, very clean, nice setting. Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...). Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for."
