'Really enjoyed this place. Clean. Great to use as a base for seeing Rome, outside city center. Three short blocks to metro, downhill in case that's a factor. Walking distance to the Vatican. Small lift to second floor (third floor U.S.), good for a couple of people, or 1 with some bags. Stairs are wide. AC wall units in both bedrooms. Small fridge but a grocery store is in back side of the block. No ice trays but you can grab some at the housewares store near the north end of the metro...

'The private bathroom was so big and so was the rest of the space. The A/C worked great and the room was so comfortable with private amenities. There were many security gates and I felt very safe there. Flavia was so lovely and helpful with the language barrier and setting up taxis. I would stay here if I travel to Rome again.'

'The location was great if you are planning to use the train a lot. It is right across the street from termini station. Building is old and not really updated but was fine for what we needed. (Mold in the shower but otherwise fairly clean for an old building) But just know that they require the city tax ($6 per person per night) in euros when checking in. We just came from the airport and didn't have time to get euros yet. They made me go down the street and find a place to exchange money before...
