'We really enjoyed our stay at the Montecito Inn in the Tower Suite. The room was unique and charming, with two levels that made it feel more like a little apartment than a standard hotel room. The bedroom and bathroom are on different levels, so you do have to go up and down stairs, but if that is not an issue for you, it actually adds to the character and fun of the space. The location was great, the accommodations were comfortable, and we would happily stay there again.'

'The room was intense with bleach, screen door bent so let the flies n bees in to air odor out. Toilet didnt flush, long story trying to get bell hop when left a few hours after check in. Asked for no Mayo at pool cafe, had Mayo loaded up on sandwich:(. '

'Bij aankomst gevraagd om een kamer beneden, die wij ook kregen. De jacuzzi deed het niet, maar dat wisten we. De kamer was voorzien van schone handdoeken, een koffieapparaat en een magnestron (paste niet) op de koelkast. Het bed was voldoende en de tv en wifi werkte prima. Een minpunt, de kamer was niet schoon en het "ontbijt" was behoorlijk ondermaats. Verder is Ojai een aanrader...'

'Het hotel wilde niet meewerken aan restitutie van een nacht welke als gevolg van missen van een vliegtuig ivm vertraging van mn inkomende vlucht was ontstaan, erg onklantvriendelijk'
