'The house was set back on the property which wasn’t what we thought but it is a 13 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the Channel Island Harbor and a 10 minute drive to Ventura Harbor Village. So much to do around the location. House was beautiful inside and accommodated our family. Fire pit wasn’t hooked up but we enjoyed the views from the top and the lights around it made it comfortable. Would recommend for sure!'

'Beautiful views of Ventura and the ocean from a comfortable home on a hill. We appreciated the off-street parking in a carport. We chose the home because of the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There was also a small bathroom upstairs. Lots of closet space was a benefit not usually available in a rental. We were a group of 5, two grandparents and a daughter, son-in-law and one granddaughter. We did have to be very careful on the stairs going down to the bedrooms from the living room....

'Wij zijn zeer tevreden over alles m.b.t. dit huis. Het boeken ging snel en vriendelijk. Wij kwamen een uurtje eerder aan dan gepland, maar dat was geen probeem. De ligging van het huis is echt geweldig. Zo dicht bij het strand. En wat voor strand. Mooi zand, goede golven voor body boarden, niet druk en heerlijk weer. De woonkamer is niet zo groot, maar er is een groot terras en ook een tuin waar je goed kunt zitten. De keuken is ruim en de drie slaapkamers ook. In de garage liggen een heleboel...

'We stayed 3 nights to visit family for an 80th birthday! This rental was perfect! Gives you beach vibes- Beautiful and very clean and organized. Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. '
