'The best thing about this hotel is its walking distance to the beach and navy pier. Staffing is horrible you'll be waiting forever, no microwave or anything in the room. Had TV issues with no help.not even a toaster to use in the lobby rooms were smaller than expected. This place is way over priced. Would not recommend.'

The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. 'This was a very nice and bougie hotel/casino! The room was very clean and the bed was very confortable. We were escorted to our room by one of the staff members upon arrival, so we felt important! The drive to downtown Chicago was not that bad either….only about 20-30 minutes away. It was worth the drive to get some free parking. We will definitely stay again.'
