'Beautiful home and location…peaceful surroundings but close enough to Lexington to satisfy shopping/entertainment needs. Excellent communication from host. And host was awesome in addressing our questions and getting us firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Would suggest adding a note to the listing that check in info is usually shared the day of check in.Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we are in the Lexington area.'

'We loved our stay! The place was clean and comfortable, and peaceful. The only thing we missed was having a cookie sheet, because I like to make bacon in the oven. Steve was really nice to chat with, as I saw him out and about on the property a couple of times. I’d definitely stay again! Being a horse person, I loved the daily views and interactions with the mares and foals!'

'The house was a very nice place to stay. The country side is beautiful and the cows were fun to see on the property. House was very clean and the manager responded quickly when contacted. Only issue was there was only one tv in the house and it was broken during our entire stay. '

'The cottage is situated in a wooded area on a quiet road which hardly sees any traffic. The check-in is easy because of the code to the door which is provided early. The living room is huge with comfortable sofa and chairs. The cellular range is poor in that area, but the wifi is excellent! There is a full kitchen with stove, oven and large microwave. Outside there even is a coal grill! Both bedrooms are large and homey. We felt right at home in this cottage!The location is excellent: 1 hr drive...
