'We had a great experience at Vespucci Palace! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city centre and many of Rome’s main attractions. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the nearby restaurants—plenty of options, all delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!'

Het was jammer dat de cocktailbar niet open was. Alleen op de rooftop konden we wat drinken maar daar was t ‘s avonds nog best koud. Als je tegen de kachel aanzat dan ging t goed. Verder was het personeel erg vriendelijk maar valt er bij het serveren wel wat verbetering te halen. Dit zagen we trouwens bij veel terrasjes in Rome. Verder superhotel en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel maakt eigenlijk alles goed!!'

"Wonderful experience at Best Western Universo! Our stay has been simply perfect. Every morning starts with a delicious breakfast and the best cappuccino, kindly brought to us by Anthony during breakfast. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, with a very special thank you to Anthony who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. Our room is beautiful, with a balcony that makes our time in Rome even more special. The hotel is within walking distance of Termini metro station, making it easy to explore all corners of Rome. Today we are looking forward to enjoying the rooftop with its view over the city, and we are sure it will be just as amazing as the rest of our stay. Thank you to everyone in the restaurant, at reception, and throughout the hotel for making this visit unforgettable.

"Nieuw, ruim opgezet hotel. Grote tuin met diverse zitjes.
Grote fitness met de nieuwste apparatuur.
Elke dag kun je gratis water en stuks fruit pakken.
Tegenover het hotel zit een tramhalte, met goede aansluiting om bij alle bezienswaardigheden te komen.
Stille kamers.
Diverse gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt van het hotel.
Bij het zwembad zijn wat zitjes en ligbedden. In drukke periode zijn deze snel vol.
Drankjes bij het zwembad erg duur.
In diverse vorige recensies wordt gesproken over onveilige buurt. Dit valt best wel mee. Er zitten wat zwervers onder het viaduct, maar hier heb je geen last van. Er is in de avond voldoende licht om je veilig te voelen.
Beveiligers staan ook bij de ingang van de poort.
Wij hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad."
"Great location. I loved the Pantheon view! When you close the window, you don’t hear the noise from the square. The bed and pillow were confortable, and the airco worked properly. The room was quite small but efficiently structured and very clean; good for a short stay. It had a safe and a small fridge, and I liked that there were slippers available. "De ligging is perfect, vlakbij het collosseum (200mtr) en de rest van het centrum is vanuit het hotel goed beloopbaar. Parkeergarage onder het hotel is handig maar wel extreem krap, niet makkelijk uit te komen. Leuk dakterras met uitzicht, zwembadje is voor de liefhebber.
Kamers zijn erg klein, voldoen en de airco is goed. In juli voor 1 persoon 950,- voor 3 nachten, komt nog parkeergarage a 30€ per dag en toeristenbelasting a 8,-€ per dag bij.
Maar de ligging maakt alles goed."

Wat wij minder vonden is de prijzen voor de spa het is mega duur en maar voor een uurtje anderhalf te huur dus voor een gezin met kinderen niet te betalen. "
