'Clean and helpful staff'

'Check in did not go as smoothly as I would have hoped. The room was not dirty but did have a smell of stale smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. There was no wifi.'

'Desk clerk/Manager very helpful &kind. Unfortunately, property is poorly maintained roadside motel. I've stayed at a number of excellent roadside motels...this is the opposite. Ice machine been broken for a while, dirty kitchen closet, marked walls, number of burnt bulbs in the room, acceptabley clean room and linnens.'
