'Prima service. Ze doen wat ze beloven. Tijdig boeken icm een vliegticket zorgt voor een prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Mooie omgeving en gunstig gelegen voor shopping en uitgaan/eten. Parkeren kost 35 dollar per dag, maar de valetservice is uitstekend. Half uurtje rijden naar LAX.'

'Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were incredible. Shout out to Benjamin and Benjamin at the bar as well as Aoife who made our stay memorable and entertaining. Very stylish hotel walkable to some great restaurants. Other great restaurants only a 5 minute drive away. '

'Goed hotel met hele fijne medewerkers en prima voorzieningen. We hadden een beetje pech met onze kamer omdat andere kamers in de buurt werden gerenoveerd en de kamer sowieso wat gehorig was.'

Prices of food and beverage are way too high and the 18% gratuity they make you pay makes it even more expensive. We missed the personal touch and attention of staff. Small pool for max 24 persons. $32 per day for vallet parking. Arrogant vallet employees.

"We had problems on 2 consecutive days with the safe in our room which was not functioning. Had to wait some time both mornings till an engineer came to fix since all our stuff was inside. We were not compensated, which would have been a nice gesture. All receptionists were a bit grumpy and not really focussed on giving the best service possible with a smile.
Food at the bar was excellent. Overall we enjoyed SS hotel, the location was perfect."
"The 60's decor is what attracted me a couple of years ago when I first stayed at the Beverly Laurel hotel. In addition to that it is conveniently located near the Beverly Center and The Grove, perfect for people who enjoy walking. The front desk staff was friendly and they even recognized me from earlier trips! The only thing I missed was housekeeping every day... or maybe every other day... but there were plenty of towels and I keep a clean house and room, so I was okay otherwise. If you like excess and luxury this hotel is not for you. However, if you like the charm of yesteryear combined with modern day amenities, a huge bed and peace and quiet, this could be your next stay!"

"We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad overal zo dichtbij ! Vriendelijk personeel ook. Alleen de badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe en de bank is helemaal door gezakt . We hadden gelezen dat het erg gehoorig was en oordoppen meegenomen dus geen last van gehad . We zouden zeker weer gaan en hopenlijk is de bank dan vervangen en de douche gerenoveerd"
