'Having moved out of state, we returned to find this wonderful place in our old neighborhood. Exceptionally clean, unexpectedly spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay, including a lovely patio. Jeri was a terrific host too: attentive and responsive. Bottom line: we hated to leave. '

'Very nice, centrally located condo in Oakland off 580. Easy freeway access to go anywhere. Safe, secure building and very quiet. There is a parking garage and you will be very happy to have it as street parking is limited. The garage can be a little intimidating at first to get into the parking space but follow instructions to circle through the garage and then pull into the space. I immediately messaged the host, but didn't receive an inbox response until May 17 approving the date change. I then ask the host to change the online booking dates and charges to reflex the agreed upon shorter stay. She insisted that I had handle that with VRBO. 'I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.'
