'The apartment was on the 5th floor with a spiral staircase. The elevator only worked one time going up and once going down. One in our party had a bad knee and one has poor eyesight! I was NOT MADE AWARE of the elevator issues until shortly before checkin. (The certificate in the elevator indicated it was about a year overdue for inspection.
