'I instantly had an uneasy feeling about staying here. It was so secluded. There was a knife and rope in the yard. That was enough to say follow my gut and leave. Was money lost as I got a room else where. Make my trip more costly. I don’t recommend for single women. Would love a refund.'

'The host is fantastic. Communication was great and we were allowed to check in early. Parking and locating the room was not clear but wasn't that difficult. We had user issues with the lock and once again the host was super responsive. We did have some cleaning issues and those have been communicated with the host so I expect it will be almost perfect for the next guest. Only one towel per person was available but the shower was great and so was the A/C. Really quiet and safe area.'

'We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. (I’ve included a front porch view picture) So if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider. It’s definitely a shady area. The homeless camp is visible from the steps. 'I understand that the host cannot control the weather, and thus he cannot make the temperature outside be above freezing. However, the day I arrived the AC was on and the unit was well below comfortable levels. I could see my breath inside the unit. I was able to change it to heat but it never warmed to comfortable level on the first 24 hrs I was in the unit. At bedtime Saturday night, I found the space heater which was able to blow enough heat to make it barely acceptable under covers.I was...

'We’ve stayed once before at these lofts and they are amazing. So clean, so well decorated. Lots of big and little amenities you wouldn’t expect. (Washer/dryer, large variety of toiletries, a JBL speaker, just because). Quiet at night. Even though they are conveniently on Palafox, we never heard the nightlife. They even had a noise machine! '

'The property was exactly as pictured and perfect location. We was 2 blocks from downtown Pensacola where they had a venue of different people with item’s for sale in the middle of town. Very easy access to what ever you want to do. Beach was 15 minute drive, Interstate was very close to property to go anywhere you want. 'We loved staying at the Kelly House. It was clean, cozy, and the communication excellent. The only issue was we stayed on the bottom floor and could hear every door close and every footstep from the unit above us.'
