Die Kunstausstellung, die wechselt, ist super. Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers überragend schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet nachhaltig und aussergewöhnlich umfangreich. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf gesunde Lebensmittel gelegt. Optisch super angerichtet.

Cosy and modern
I had a nice welcome at reception and given all the information I needed for my stay. My room was modern and cosy. There was a good selection of food at breakfast; my only feedback would be that I’d have liked some warm options too (for example bacon or warm sausages).

Amazing hotel
This hotel is absolutely amazing, maybe one of the best ones I've been to when it comes to value for monev. First off it smells amazing, and apparently they have a special scent made only for them. The rooms are huge and decorated in a way that feels welcoming and at home. The restaurant has good food and you get a free wine coupon and 10% discount upon check in. Location is good, close to both metro and tram to accès the old city/ city center within 20 minutes with public transport. The old city being even closer. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the bathroom even has glaring body wash and shampoo, never ever seen that before !! I even extended my stay by one extra night because I enjoyed the stay so much. Would definitely recommend !

While the hotel facilities and rooms are to a pleasant standard, the front of house receptionist and staff mannerisms were appalling. We parked opposite their hotel, which was muddy on the night we arrived. They complained grumbled, passed angry remarks in our presence with the dirt that came off my young son's shoes. They lifted the door mat in disgust, with angry muttering and stomping and hard stares at the children. They then proceeded to blame my 1.7 kg dog saying it was dog mess, that was in my arms. Despite correcting them, they continued to blame the dog over the next 2 days and rolled their eyes every time we walked past. Never greeted or smiled our way. We were made to feel very uneasy and unwelcome through our entire stay. I felt the need to take pictures of the room condition so I would not be needlessly charged, and found myself cleaning the floor for fear of complaints. They skirted the area the children were sat in at the reception, while we waited for our room, looking in disgust. When I spoke of their manners, the receptionist remarked " because the guests complained of the smell of the mud". The guests were cheerful and even greeted our little dog, this was certainly not the case. And it would absolutely not warrant their rude manners. They may allow pets, but they most certainly are not pet friendly ..let alone child friendly. This is not a family stay hotel. My son asked for salt "Yes, you already made me so much cleaning work with your dog poo".

Bon hôtel où on se sent à l'aise
Réservation à la dernière minute. Service nickel parfois un peu trop zélé même. Le restaurant n'est pas souvent disponible car mariages fréquents dans l'hôtel mais aucun bruits ni soucis venant de ces événements. Dernier étage sous le toit est bruyant en cas de pluie. Côté rue on entend les voitures. Un peu de marche pour la vieille ville mais tram très proche.

Noises, no privacy
Do not stay at this hotel if you need a good night's rest. Noises coming from other guests are very audible. Noises carry from other rooms and from the hallways. Door slamming, people walking - there's no sound insulation. The old wooden floor and the layout of the building is the culprit. The hotel feels like an apartment with separate rooms rather than a hotel - so be ready to hear all your other guests/roommate's noises. After two days of my stay, I requested a cancellation of the reservation because I was in Warsaw for work and couldn't get any uninterrupted sleep. The hotel didn't agree to reimburse me, instead, they offered to move me to the last floor. The last floor wasn't great either. On a positive note, the staff is nice and courteous and the rooms are clean.

Es un hotel con habitaciones muy cómodas y con mucho encanto. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es caro aunque completo. Hubiera preferido tener la opción de tomar un desayuno más frugal y más barato. Está bien comunicado con el centro pero el barrio queda muy apartado y no hay establecimientos para salir a tomar algo cerca del hotel.

Die Zimmer sind allgemein sehr sauber und hell. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit. Unser erstes Zimmer im 4. Stock war etwas laut, weil daneben eine Art Heizungsraum war. Als wir es meldeten, konnten wir aber ohne Probleme in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln. Das war dann auch größer und noch schöner!

NOT BAD BUT: Staff very friendly and helpful. At my accommodation a wedding celebration was booked in Hotel. There was no place anymore in Restaurant in Hotel for dinning, because all staff members must serve the wedding guests. I felt a bit ot of place :/. The Romms could be a bit cleaner of dust. Unfortunalty the HOTEL has no Bar or a nice Lobby for releaxing. The Neighborhood of Hotel is quite boring. There are no good restaurants or bars around. Only a shopping Center which you can rieach by walk in 20 min.! If you wanna see the old Town or New Town or some other activitys like Nighlife etc you must took a Taxi. Or by bus if you have time for study the Bus Line map. However....It was a nice experince and so far everything was not that bad :)

Fantastyczny, stylowy azyl na Starej Pradze
W Hotelu zatrzymaliśmy się nieco przypadkiem, nasi przyjaciele wybrali to miejsce na swoje przyjęcie weselne, więc postanowiłem zadbać o komfort moich dzieci. I to był strzał w Dziesiątkę! ArtHotel Stalowa 52 to cudowne miejsce, dzięki któremu owiana aurą niepokoju warszawska Stara Praga stała się dla nas bardziej przyjazna. Wspaniali ludzie, świetne warunki, GENIALNA KUCHNIA! Polecam bardzo, każdemu!
