One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE'

'The only problem was that the restaurant and bar was closed.
They sold the hotel the day before we got there and there was only one staff member on duty. She was wonderful.
Everyone else quit
Overall good stay but was expecting to use the restaurant dnd bar
And we could not get into the hotel till 3pm. Because there was no staff

'The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area ..'

'The only downside is that the breakfast truck didn't come and the coffee was pretty bad. I think improving the coffee would go a long way. The bed was comfy and the pillows were better than some, but still - It would be nice to have one pillow that's softer and flatter. I only stayed one night so I really can't speak to the area.'

The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well.
Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away.
Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse.

'We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking. '
