'Great communication with owner. Looks like the photos online. Location close to City. Parking a bit of a challenge but is to be expected in this area. Building is a bit older but nicely remodeled. Kitchen + baths nicely stocked with supplies. Good rental for a family or group.'

'Modern, clean, just as advertised. We took an Uber to the Paulus Hook ferry which runs on weekends then the Path back in the evening (with another Uber back to the unit.). Great for a family that needs to sleep three sets of people and just needs a place to crash after a long day in the city. Good value, recommend, but just be aware once you get back in the evening you'll bee in for the night. We got the added parking, glad we did, very little was available in the streets.'

'Location was perfect for our needs. There were three of us so the bedroom plus sofa bed were great in theory but the bedroom is against the wall one side and only a tiny amount of room the other. This wasn’t clear from the description or photo. If our daughter wasn’t with us we would have slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Otherwise the place was clean and comfortable.'

No elevator so it is a pretty tough 5th floor walk up. The keys to the interior doors from the street take some jiggling and talking nice to, made it stressful coming in at night with leering vagrants on the street.
