'The host did a great job communicating throughout my entire booking and stay — very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, it didn’t feel quite as cozy as it appeared in the photos. 'We rented the two units for a family event in NYC for July 4th. We were comfortable and enjoyed the rooftop view of the NYC skyline and the fireworks. One unit was cleaner than the other and both need some updates (in my opinion). The pillows, bedding and towels were low quality. The beds were decent, the pull out couch mattresses were very thin, we only needed one so we doubled them up and it was better. The units were not connected, but you can access both through the garage. Lots of steps...
