Hotels met roomservice in West End

'First, the rooms have airco, but this is a mobile airco. Thus this makes a terrible noise. The hose was torn. And already 3 times repaired with tape. I told the receptionist at arrival emediatly. He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. The noise at the back side is substantial. The inside off the room is bit tired and need a fresh up. The breakfast was...

'The staff was absolutely wonderful. So helpful with parking, local areas to visit, restaurants. Everytime we would come back in, warm welcome, chatting and truly a delight to be welcomed that way. We didn't get to try the restaurant but the prices seemed to be reasonable. The only complaint and very minor at that was the size of the room and the view. The room was very small and my view was of a back alley and dumpsters.'
