'This property has it all, and it's beautifully decorated. Love that its right on the beach and the deck space below the house is amazing. The porch /deck on the house was an amazing space too. Has a porch swing and deck chairs to just watch the waves. The best part is the inside of the house is the ocean views from all of the windows. Bedrooms and master has incredible views of the ocean too'

'This makes our 3rd stay at the Happy Mullet! Twice through VRBO and once direct through homeowners when we couldn’t stay the full 7 nights. It suits all our needs especially with teens. We also have a Yorkie and were able to bring her this trip since the home is dog friendly. Love that it is beach front and close to the walkover. We have made many memories here and we will be back!'

'Great beach house overall! Parking is a bit tight under the house but there’s also room to park in the gravel driveway. The grassy/sandy path to the beach could be more cleared—but it was still usable and convenient (pic included). No mosquitoes during our stay (fabulous), and the yard was perfect for our dog.The location is unbeatable—directly on the beach. The house felt a little smaller than we’re used to, but the photos are accurate. There are four nice bedrooms with big beds and TVs in...
