'Hot tub was nice with light rain!'

'The bathroom was dirty and the floor was not swept; there was hair on the floor and the sink was dirty. The Air Conditioner did not cool the room and the temperatures outside were not that hot. This is the second time I have stayed at a Courtyard where they did not pay attention to the details. I have been a courtyard member for years and this is very disappointing. Most likely the last time I would stay with Courtyard.'

'Me and my kids woke all bitten up not sure what bit us but we woke up all bitten up'
