'Prima hotel , personeel zeer vriendelijk, kamer netjes en prima locatie, een klein minpuntje is dat er geen airco is dus kamer erg benauwd wij zaten er ook precies in een hittegolf wat eigenlijk zeer extreem is voor Londen.'

Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been helpful. All our concerns were graciously and effectively handed by Nicholas. Thank you for your good service and concern. '
