'The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

'We picked this hotel because of the proximity to SeaWorld, but my husband kept commenting what a nice hotel I'd chosen. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the coffee and bar drinks were great. '

'Met gezin van 5 personen overmacht. Prima kamer met 2 kingsize bedden en slaapbank (niet gebruikt). Ontbijt is erg basic (geen wafelijzer on zelf wafels te maken) en geen kok voor omelet o.i.d. Wel een WalMart om de hoek voor de nodige boodschappen.'
