'We'd love to give it 5 stars. It's in a beautiful setting and the pool and lazy river are nice features, especially if you have a family. My only complaint is the sound proofing between the rooms is not very good. I could hear someone in the room next door snoring at night. One night a kid was crying very late and we thought it was outside on the balcony but she was INSIDE her room. Otherwise we loved the location and setting!'

'The Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk is a beautiful hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. The hotel location is located at a perfect location for walking to various locations such as the Alamo, restaurants, fast food and shopping without having to drive anywhere. Parking is across the street and had no issues getting quick access in and out when needing to drive. 'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'
