'This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). This was a major frustration…'

'The property was nice and was perfect for a couple night stay. Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. '

'Clean, but there were other issues and expectations that were not met. No hot water was the second issue that we dealt with. Host would not pick up phone, did not answer text of voice messages until we spoke directly to VRBO. At the end, not what we preferred, but had to leave premises because the issue was not attempted to get resolved. About 9:30 that night, the 8 guest had to find somewhere to stay.'

'This private guest room is clean and inviting with modern amenities. It is in a lovely and safe neighborhood and entrance is separate from main house. The hosts were friendly and responsive to questions when needed. '

'Anh was a wonderful host from the very beginning, and everything about our stay was perfect! Our flight was cancelled and so we ended up getting in very late with no time to stop at a shop for provisions, but there was coffee, cream and even sweetened condensed milk for my coffee in the morning and its just these little things that can make a big difference when you are far away from home! The property is wonderful and everything was clean and worked well, having access to laundry is a lifesaver...
