'The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. 'The view was everything I hoped it would be and more. There was semi-easy access to the beach- just had to climb a few hills back. The room was quiet and comfortable for the two of us. '

'Lovely view of the ocean! Overall clean cottage with nice kitchen, comfortable front bedroom bed. Two "problems": the shower door was off it's track upon arrival and a drippy faucet in the "half bath/utility room" tub sink. The half bath has a toilet that's difficult for adults to access comfortably. Decor could use an upgrade, However, overall this property is comfortable, a great location, good parking right outside the door. We would come back!. '

'This property was comfortable and had a million dollar view! The beach was just down some steps and my family all had enough room to spread out and relax. Plus the WiFi supported our streaming and Internet needs.'

'Our host Jean was wonderful. My husband and I experienced such a relaxing visit here. EVERYTHING you could possibly need when going on vacation, Jean provides in this cozy space. Her garden and outside patio added a “spiritual touch.” I also must mention the AWESOME shower! When we visit Portland again, we’ll definitely stay here!!!'

'I felt at ease the moment I returned to this quiet, peaceful place. It’s like a little sanctuary set beside a park-like backyard. Stepping through the private entrance, I encountered everything I needed at the end of a long travel day: a kitchenette, cozy couch, spotless bathroom, and comfortable bed. I’ll stay again, next time my travels take me to Eugene. '

'10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. '

'Anthony and Fotoula were outstanding vacation rental host and were very responsive and timely in communicating with us. They were traveling during our stay and their co-host, Jorge was equally attentive!The neighborhood was quiet, very close to a fun section of Portland and street parking was not a problem. The apartment has a cuteness factor that we really liked, well stocked and lots of thoughtful amenities -too many to list here! We were hard pressed to find anything negative about this...
