'We were in Portland touring a couple of colleges with our 17-year-old. The neighborhood is pretty and very peaceful, and the Starbucks a block up the street made for easy coffee and pastries in the morning. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped and extremely quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive, getting back to us quickly when we had questions. 'I had an amazing stay at The Nest! The hosts were friendly and accommodating and the garden is very beautiful, with special vignettes that includes the hosts ironwork, statues and stone. The space was quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was so lovely to come home there to rest after a busy day. I loved the having my tea on the deck in the morning. I appreciated the fresh flowers from the garden and the abilty to take a hot bath. Highly recommend especially if you love plants!'

'The view was amazing, the bed was fabulous, but when prompted by another review of “don’t look under the bed”, of course, we looked under the bed & found filthy fuzz, lint & dog hair not cleaned out plus a stained, dirty table top. The location was central to both Depoe Bay & Lincoln City, though, a plus for vacay getaway.'

'My friend and I stayed for 9 day. It was very comfortable and I felt we had enough room sharing the bed. It’s a very unique and friendly neighborhood, the local food was really good! Only 10-15 minutes from downtown Portland so easy to and from the city if that’s your choice. '
