'First off, great communication and easy check in. Was offered flexible check-in/check-out options. Easy directions to the location. Driving up to the ranch we knew this was exactly what we were hoping for. Serene setting while still close to town. We pull up to the beautiful horses, cows and chickens. Cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Comfy, cozy and was perfect for our needs. Stocked with everything we could ask for. Even fresh eggs in the fridge! Now let’s talk about the hosts....

'Check in process and communication with the host were extremely easy. The location was perfect and the cottage has been beautifully renovated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! There is just one thing we didn’t expect that made or check out a little longer than we thought… we don’t think is a big deal but would be good to know before you book,l. There is a list of things you have to do before you leave the cottage, like putting all bed sheets in the washer, leveling all the dishes...

'My husband, son and I were in town for my daughter's graduation from U of Oregon. The garden cottage was a great find; very clean with a nice outdoor area, spacious for 3 people, reasonably close to campus and downtown Eugene. Communications with property manager were fine. Place was easy to find and get into. Would recommend.'

'We Loved our stay at the Riverfront Cottage! The cottage is right on the bank of the Winchuck River, just a 1/4 mile kayak from the beach. My family rented this location to be our home base as we explored the Jedediah State Redwood park during the days. We capped off every evening with a kayak down to the beach to watch the sunset. We explored the river further upstream as well - seeing fish, cranes, ducks, and so many other birds! My teenage kids adored our time on e river and in the hot...
