'A short stay here while purchasing a vehicle. It is a very clean and renovated hotel. There was a lot of thought that went into the little touches this hotel offers. The bathroom mirror had a fog free section. Soaps, shampoos and lotion are lavender scented to help aid in sleep. Bottles of water and a few snacks were a plus. The A/C has constant fan. The front desk staff was friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.'

'The hotel was comfortable. Everything appeared to be moderately clean. We would have enjoyed the pool but it was too cold for us to use. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do. The room did not smell very good but we had a good time.'

'Staff told me I had to vacate the area because my son was too loud and the room was a mess. I was told it was extensive cleaning needed, however wet toilet paper can be swept up. I don’t mind paying the incidental fee, that was actually $250, but staff said it was $200. What I mind was being told this at 8pm. Could have called or contacted me prior to the evening. When asked if I was going to get reimbursed for the remaining night, I was told since I booked through Expedia, I would have to...

'Such a charming hotel, centrally located in downtown. We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was good, the same variety every day, and the buffet was always replenished. The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful. There are 2 things I would like to see as improvements to make this hotel even better: 1) set up a coffee station in the lobby that goes beyond breakfast hours, maybe until 4pm, especially on weekends. 2) the frosted bathroom door—pretty but very...
