'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. 'This hotel thinks of everything. Our room lights, TV, and heat was on when we got to our room. The staff offered us tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc because they new our bags got lost and we had nothing but the clothes we were wearing. The rooms are delightful. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. '

At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door.
