'Clean rooms and friendly staff'

'The suite we selected was great in that it provided a separate sleeping area and kitchenette. However, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on when reading or watching TV. The staff were friendly and helpful and we also appreciated having a room on the main floor near an entrance. During our stay, we drove to visit the famous West Edmonton Mall, three educational museums and the Edmonton Zoo, all located nearby. It was a most wonderful Canadian vacation.'

'Our favourite hotel. We came a few hours early from the road but because i had a horribel migraine they found us a different room on the first floor. A little smaller than what we booked but the timing was very needed and appreciated. We think they actually rushed the room for us because the cleaner did miss a couple of areas but we were so releived to be off the road that it wasnt a big deal for us to wipe a couple of things down. Still a very loved spot for us. Thanks guys! '

'Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely professional and provided unconditional assistance. Restaurant staff was very friendly and punctual. Hotel pricing was a bit steep but this was driven due to supply and demand which is understandable.'
