'Highly recommended! Very warm, friendly welcome from Phil. Very well organised and has lots of daily advice. A nice comfortable room with everything you need. An excellent breakfast too. A very enjoyable short stay, we would definitely return. '

'The lady owner was friendly and lovely from the moment I arrived.
I was made to feel very welcome and was even treated to a plate of home made biscuits.
The bed was comfy and I had an amazing night's sleep.
Breakfast was served at a time that was convenient to me and everything was very fresh. The bread and jam were also home made.
The property is in a very quiet location and in lovely gardens and provides a great place to stay during a visit to the lake district. '

'Absolutely lovely breakfast and super attentive hosts! I came into Keswick via train and bus and it’s very walkable to and from the B&B. No faults at all! '

'Lorna was a great host, super welcoming and chatty. Room was clean and packed with drinks and biscuits, even had marshmallows for your hot choc! Location was great, just a short walk to town down the scenic railway path. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, '
