'All over it was a good property to stay with my family. Living room is bit packed with dining table and chairs. There wasn't any tea bags/coffee or suger, luckily there is a shop 1 min walk managed to buy some. First time we used the cooker spider came out from cooker hood. Wasn't the best experience but it was funny.'

'Lovely homely cottage. Everything we needed bbq, car parking very comfy bed.Mosedale perfect for walking straight from the cottage. Did not use the car throughtout our stay. Need to be organised with food n drink as there are no shops locally.Pub 30 mins walk away on very quiet road. Very relaxing break lovely sunny garden. Had the most perfect 5 days'

'We loved our stay in the cottage! The family is very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is remote what we like and we made wonderful walks from our doorstep. The Blacksmith Arms is a good pub and in walking distance. We enjoyed the scenery, the sheep and little lambs, the fireplace and the well equipped kitchen. We recommend this cottage to anyone who loves nature but also loves to be comfortable 😊'
