'I loved everything about the Publick House. My room was in the Main Lodge, and the whole place brimmed with character. And I got all the benefits of a charming historic inn for the price of an ordinary motel room. Wow!'

'They have an onsite gym but it doesn’t open until 8am, so wasn’t able to access it before leaving for work commitments. Breakfast was the low point, pretty greasy and unappetizing. Nowhere to sit even if the table were unoccupied as they were so sticky and dirty. The rest of the hotel was spotless so it was a little surprising. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall good experience.'

'Manager switched our room from a King studio to a 2 double queen SMALL ROOM without letting us know and did nothing for it because we went through Expedia.
Very disappointed!!'
