'The rooms are worn and outdated. Some of the staff are not knowledgeable about simple processes. It takes longer than usual to check in and check out. Although the property is clean, it felt like I should have gotten more for the money I spent and in comparison to other Marriott hotel stays.'

'If you pay for a resort, even if you go through a third-party, you should get all the amenities of the resort. After paying the resort fees, we were not able to utilize the Fourth of July picnic or other activities they had. If we would’ve known that in advance, we may have paid for it in advance, but by staying in the same hotel, paying resort fees, even if we had to stay on the south side of the building, it still should be included there no free amenities like water in lobby or continental...

'We stayed at the Maryland Inn which doesn’t have a front desk and I think this has an affect on the overall level of care taken at this property. First of all, check in was confusing- we arrived at the hotel only to be directed to another address 2 blocks away by a sign by the locked door.
