'The room next door had heavy marajuana smokers in it. So bad that the smoke and smell was filling our room. Our daughter coughed all night. We called security several times with no resolution. '

'The room was nice, the price was steep and I only paid that amount because at the time of payment the site said it was going to get upgraded, upon arrival the front desk didn’t upgrade the room. They lied and said someone checked out late instead of telling the truth, which was they didn’t want to upgrade me because they sold the room at a higher price. I don’t like to be lied to so I will never use this site or a Westin hotel again.'

'Clean hotel with wonderful staff housed in a dated building that needs some work. We stayed her for the indoor pool. The first night the pool was shut down, the second night it was reopened after repairs. The water literally burned my skin as the chlorine level was so high. But, that would be my only complaint. Breakfast is wonderful and this hotel is very family friendly. '
