I asked the host about them and he said it was the council who have them and they won't take them down - so then why not have blinds?! There were no blinds on the windows and the curtains were thin. It was like the aliens were landing it was SO bright. There were blinds in the breakfast room but not...

Breakfast was very good quality and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Parking isn't great, but we managed to get a free spot just down the road from The Lyndale and the car stayed there for our stay.'
