'The staff here were GREAT! I wish I got the name of the lady that checked us in - she was phenomenal, both in the check-in process, serving us at dinner, and helping us with a special request. The room was great - zero complaints. Shower pressure was excellent and bed was comfy. We had a great sleep. We stayed here to be close to Durdle Door and got exactly what we came for. Zero regrets (other than forgetting to register for the parking permit ahead of actually entering the public parking...

'Nicola was the best hostess I could wish for. She made me feel truly welcome and at home, and was always happy to help with anything. The room was small but perfect for me, and both the toilet and shower were spotless. I also had the most amazing view of the beach. With plenty of shops, restaurants, and even activities on the beach nearby, there was always something to enjoy. 'Nette en schone kamer. Matras ligt goed. Kamer is erg gehorig. Is een oud gebouw dus alles kraakt, je hoort andere mensen de trap op en af lopen. Hotel ligging is prima, aan de overkant van de weg is het strand. Winkeltjes en restaurants allen op loopafstand. Wifi is prima. Voor het parkeren krijg je bij het inchecken een vergunning, zodat je in de straat gratis kan parkeren. Prima hotel om in te verblijven.'

'Heel vriendelijk personeel, erg behulpzaam. Bij binnenkomst duurde het even voordat er iemand kwam, mijn vriend ging achter even kijken en zag verbouwing spullen liggen. Ze zaten midden in een soort van verbouwing, want ze zouden na de zomer periode ook weer dicht gaan om verdere dingen in het hotel aan te pakken. Ze waren nu 2 jaar eigenaar van het hotel en stukje bij beetje waren ze het aan het opknappen. Er zou ook een restaurant opengaan de volgende dag en daar waren ze ook heel druk mee....
