'When I first opened the door there was a dead roach near the welcome mat. We had arrived late afternoon after 8 hour drive. The rest of us arrived about 10 pm. We had an early day planned leaving at 7:30 the next am for graduation at 9:00. Four adults who needed showers. NO HOT WATER anywhere in house. Another dead roach in kitchen. I began calling and texting host a little after 6:00 am leaving multiple messages and trying to reach by phone but only getting answering machine with Message...
