'Our room bed linen had stains, our face/body towels were heavily stained. Surfaces were dirty. Our hall (4th) smelled bad everyday. Seems like truck drivers & construction workers pay to park here. The parking lot literally had no parking & we stayed for 3 days & really didn’t see any people go in & out of the rooms & hotel! There was 1 elevator & no one was ever in there with us. Like a zombie hotel :('

'Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery.'

'I would not recommend staying at Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island. I booked the property through Expedia for a multiple night stay. We flew in on a redeye and checked into the hotel. Being a non-smoking property, the first thing we noticed was a individual smoking outside our room pacing back and forth. You know the type that makes you feel uneasy. This went on for a good 30 minutes. Once I entered the room, I noticed the primary light didnt work. I tried the switch, expected the light and...

'The staff was friendly. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. We were not overly impressed with the food options at the restaurant. Small portions, cold and very over priced. Lack of breakfast options was very disappointing especially traveling with a sports team. The breakfast buffet times were very short and conflicted with tournament times. We had to walk 20 minutes to get a decent breakfast. '

'No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. '
