'From the pickup at the train station until we were taken back to the train station 3 days later, everything was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located and clean. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice full breakfast and we had dinner there two nights as well. Also very good. Highly recommend!'

'This was easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! We left our luggage pre check in so that we could explore Zermatt, and by the time we got back our room was ready (before the checkin time) and our luggage had already been delivered to our room. We loved the use of real keys instead of key cards, it sounds silly but it was a really fun touch to the whole experience. The room was super clean and very comfortable and our view of the Matterhorn was exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful and...
