'Excellent and friendly customer service from staff. Front desk got me checked-in and checked-out promptly. Complimentary breakfast & happy-hour drinks were a plus. Convenient location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Rooms were clean but could be a bit noisy at times. Valet parking is $47/night.'

'Goed parkeren veel plaatsen. Goed Amerikaans ontbijt . Wel mocht er iets van bruin brood bij .Propere kamer . Jammer dat we aan de inkomdeur lagen van blok 3 ( room 129) dit gaf veel lawaai. Maar s’nachts geen probleem '

'I got in an accident couple of blocks from the hotel, the very first day. The hotel staff was exceptionally empathetic, supportive and caring. They even made hot tea to help me.'

'The parking is a hassle. It’s difficult to access and too narrow to navigate. It’s also not affiliated with the hotel so you have to pay separately. There is no sign for the hotel facing the street and after three times circling for the address I had to have a friend stand in the street for me to find it. The hotel was amazing and beautiful.'

'Leuk hotel op het water, restaurant en bar in het hotel. Beknopte kamer.'

'Perfect spot'

'I booked on a third-party site and when I got there after I let them know that I was going to be checking in later. They downgraded me from a suite to a standard room very loud outside. There are bums and homeless people all over the place. Not what I expect from a five-star motel'

'Goed gelegen hotel tussen Old Sacramento en een mooi en sfeervol winkelcentrum'

'This was a very well located property in the heart of midtown Sacramento. It's a great place to stay for family since it has a kitchen, although breakfast is included in the price of the room. It also offered parking for a fee ($25/night) with easy in-and-out.'

'upon arriving we were checked in promptly by front desk staff who was very pleasant and professional. our room was somewhat uncomfortable for our sleeping needs so we ask the front desk staff if possible to change to a different configuration and he politely and professionally helped us do so. breakfast was good and plentiful even with a few young soccer teams keeping the staff busy. room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.'

'Stayed for two nights. Everything was as advertised. Gated entrance was a pleasant welcomed surprise. Wasn't familiar with the surrounding area but having it definitely provides extra peace of mind and security. Would look to stay here again if traveling back to this area.'

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'Has a family we felt very welcome and breakfast was delicious! But Room #233 @Friday 3pm 10/30/26 was not clean properly missed a lot of details, bathtub had slime around the handle, hairs around the floor in the bathroom. Also it was a inconvenience that front desk didn’t have quarters for the washer and dryer. Another concern was paying for parking daily which it would be better if it was included in the price so I didn’t have to pay daily thru the barcode.'

'Good business hotel. Stayed 1 night to catch an early flight out.'

'Hotel op zich is prima, mooie kamer, goede parkeergelegenheid. Omgeving is minder, veel zwerfvuil en daklozen. 1 restaurant in de directe omgeving. '
