'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us...

'We travel to Cabo all the time, and normally stay at the Marquis. Last time we were at the Marquis, we met a couple that told us to try Secrets. Honestly we love both resorts, Secrets has a swim up bar which is huge. The food was good at both places. I did have one incident here, where our table reservations had been given away, and I’m typically not a Karen about these things, but after a day of drinking I let them know my displeasure. 'This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!'

'Stay started off poorly- were not informed that the main pool and adult pool were green! Closed for first part of stay and nothing communicated by hotel. When they were cleaned it improved! Asian restaurant was amazing. Staff very kind, Pedro was fantastic! Paint coming off the buffet area. Room was nice. Overall a decent stay but pools were a disaster for sure.'
