'Hi it's Richard,the flat was fine location was fine the steps at the front and rear where lethal for older people like my partner and me no hand rails very tricky getting in and out and the neighbours where very noisy at night in the flat above'

'Really nice apartment in a good location, super clean, well equipped and great WiFi. Parking allocation is a bit of a faff along with first time entry, ideally they need to allow you to book parking along with the room. It's the fifth time I've stayed, so they are doing something right 👍'

'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great — peaceful, yet close to everything (busstop 2 minutes away). What made our stay even better was the owner: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help if we had any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests. 'It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. '

'A very well located and equipped apartment. Only a short walk to the quay and old town and restaurants. Also there are shops only a few steps away where groceries and other supplies are available. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable.'

'Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. The net curtains were torn, getting into bed the sheets were stained and black hair was on the bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet in the car and put that on the bed to sleep on. On inspection of the...
