'Overall was a great place to stay. The handrail going up the stairs was a little loose. And the stairs leading up to the house could use a hand rail for older guest. The place was very nice. A great neighborhood. Host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.'

'The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is difficult to get up and down stairs if you have mobility issues. The neighborhood was safe and everyone we encountered was friendly.'

'We are frequent VRBO renters and we use Premier Hosts because they are always excellent. The place was perfect just like the pictures. The location is so great. A gentrified neighborhood with restaurant's, markets and shops in easy walking distance. The host owns multiple units in the building so we had family on multiple floors. Thanks Danny!'

'The decor was cute and the Roku TV, designated parking, and A/C was a great touch! However, the bathroom was a nightmare plus I feel like they should really have a mattress protector. A deep clean in the shower and bathroom is overdue. There were body hair trimmings all over the sink and a mold/staining all over the shower’s floor, grout, and walls.'

'We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. They contacted maintenance to fix the issue. The place was fairly clean but the floors should have been swept better, especially in the corners. 'Although the property is listed as non-smoking, there was a strong odor of smoke as soon as we walked in. The home was very clean though. Shortly after arriving a young woman was pounding on the door looking for a bunch of guys and we assumed she was looking for the past renters. (This was around 8:30pm) Due to the smoke smell and not knowing who might show up next, we opted not to stay and rented a hotel instead.'
