'Check in was quick and easy, staff at front desk are very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were soft and comfortable. Plenty of pillows provided. Plenty of provided toiletries & towels in bathroom. Easy walk to fountain square or the Reds stadium. '

'We chose the hotel due it's proximity to Great American ballpark. On our free day, we walked to the street car to tour Findley Market. All of the employees (Valet, Front Desk, Breakfast Mgr) we interacted with were very helpful. There's nothing to say "negative". We would stay at the Residence again, without question.'

The hotel is in a great location to walk across the river to Cincinnati. The staff at the hotel was always willing to help and were very friendly. '
