'The house was amazing. The game room was a big hit with my boys. We loved that it was off a main road but still quiet enough. If we ever vacation in this area again, we will be renting this property again. Pool was nice, but a little to cold to swim in. Only down side was the master bed was a little to hard for us. Everything else was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!'

'The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!'

'Very clean; way more spacious for family of 4 than a hotel room (plus there was an in-unit washer/dryer!); quiet; super convenient for walking to see the Reds play. Parking in the lot across the street was easy and not expensive.
My key feedback is that a pool was part of our criteria for picking a place to stay with our kids and while there is a pool on site, it wasn’t available for use while we were there. A very minor additional note: the shades were not very good—it was quite bright in the...

'I booked Firehouse Lofts specifically because the listing advertised a hot tub, which was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, my original unit did not have one. Several hours later, I was moved to a different unit that was also supposed to have a hot tub, but that unit did not have one either. Additionally, the second unit did not have the large soaking tub that was available in my original unit.
The back-and-forth process of packing, unpacking, and moving between units took up a...

'The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying.
The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...
